Adding Price Lists

Price lists enable menu items to have different prices depending on the time of day or where they are sold.

The price list setup screen is where the price lists are created and named, however:

• Price list schedules determine pricing depending on the day or time of day.
  • Departments are assigned to a price list schedule in department setup.
• Individual menu entries have their prices assigned to price lists in menu entry setup.

To create a new price list:

1. On the Price Lists page, click Add Price List.
2. The Add Price List page appears with the General tab active. The General tab is the only available tab on the page. Complete the following fields:
   • Name: Enter a name for the price list.
   • Cross Reference (Optional): Add a cross reference number for the price list.
