Creating User Roles
The Add User Role screen is where user roles are created. Users are assigned to a user role. The user role determines the permissions available to users assigned to that role.
- On the Advanced Setup > Labour > User Roles page, click Add User Role.
- The Add User Role page appears. Fill the following fields:
- Name: Enter a name for the user role, such as Manager.
- Cross Reference (optional): Enter a cross-reference number.
- Under Permissions, select what users assigned to this role should be have access to view, create, update, or delete in BOH.
- Click Save User Role.
The user role is now ready to be assigned to users in the Adding Users screen.
