Email Settings

Configuring the email settings allows you to email receipts at POS.

  1. Navigate to Advanced Setup > Email Settings.

    The Email Settings page opens with the General tab displayed. Remain on the General tab.

  2. Under Sender Information, fill in the Sender Email Address and Sender Name fields. Email recipients will see these in the received emails.
  3. Under Email Server, complete the fields with the information for your SMTP server. To confirm your settings are correct, you can send a test email using the Send test email button.

  4. Navigate to the Sales Receipt tab. This tab defines the subject line, header, and footer of customer receipts sent from a terminal.
    • Subject: The email subject line. If this is left blank, the emails are sent without a subject.
    • Email Header: Text that appears above the customer receipt.
    • Email Footer: Text that appears beneath the customer receipt.
  5. Click Save Email Settings.
